Due to the coronavirus outbreak, how you contact us will be different at the moment.  This is to limit face-toface contact whenever possible and help stop the spread of coronavirus.

We are open and if you need to see a GP, please ring 0191 5679361. 

Please do not come to the surgery unless you have an appointment.

Appointments are being delivered face-to-face, online and over the telephone.  If you are asked to come into the surgery for a face-to-face appointment, please remember to wear a face covering.  Measures are in place to keep you safe from infection during your visit to the surgery.

Health advice is also available to our patients by completing an online (eConsult) form.  The link can be seen below.

Repeat prescriptions can be requested online via the practice websites or by using the NHS App and anyone who is not online can still contact the surgery who will advise them how they can order their medicines.

Register for patient access to request your repeat medication and nominate a pharmacy to have your prescription sent directly to them. Some pharmacies will also arrange to deliver to the elderly.
